I need help, 300 SPartan training workout?

I am unable to do the 300 reps, can i lower the number of reps?

Does anyone know how i can build up to the point where i could do this workout, i am in pretty bad shape now, and how long would it take for me to be able to do this?

How can i increase the number of pull-ups i can do without actually doing pull-ups? ( i cannot benefit from pull-ups if i cant do 1)

    Do the reps you can do…and then work on increasing the number of reps each time…if you can do one rep of each exercise, then you are doing the workout. just start increasing the reps…

    As far as increasing the pull-ups with out doing pull-ups? You have to do them…what you can do is place a chair underneath you and do partial pull-ups…then try to do full ones…then more partials…it is a cheating principle that may help you get to that first real rep…it is also something you can do to get past a sticking point to increase your reps later on too…
